EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

A well-researched approach for processing trauma and distressing memories so they no longer feel as charged in the present.

Somatic therapy

Body-based practices that address how stress, trauma, and emotion live in the nervous system, not just the mind.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Helps you understand the different 'parts' of yourself — the protector, the inner critic, the wounded younger self — and build a more compassionate relationship with each.

Existential therapy

Exploration of meaning, freedom, mortality, and authenticity for those grappling with the bigger questions life puts in front of them.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and healthier relationships.

What to expect when you start with us

Free 45-minute consultation

A no-pressure call to understand what you're looking for and decide if we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll do our best to point you somewhere that is.

75-minute intake session

Your first full session is dedicated to your history, what brought you here, and what you'd like to be different. We co-create a loose roadmap together.

55-minute ongoing sessions

Typically weekly to start, in-person in Bend or via secure telehealth anywhere in Oregon.

Periodic check-ins

Every few months we step back together and ask: is this working? What's shifted? What needs to change?

Investment in your care

We believe in being transparent about cost so you can make an informed decision.

Sliding scale

A limited number of reduced-fee slots are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. Please reach out to inquire.

Insurance

We are a private-pay practice and do not currently accept insurance. Superbills are available on request for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement.
