Our Team
At Bendable Therapy, we are guided by a shared commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. Our team of licensed clinicians, facilitators, experienced leaders, and dedicated board members works together to offer both traditional counseling and psychedelic-assisted therapy, while contributing to research in the field. We strive to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for every client, honoring each person’s unique path, whether they are seeking counseling, psilocybin-assisted therapy, or both. With a deep passion for helping individuals navigate their healing journeys, our team is devoted to making care accessible, effective, and transformative for all who seek it.
Our Clinicians & Facilitators
Our clinicians and facilitators are at the heart of Bendable Therapy. With extensive experience in mental health care and specialized training in both counseling and psilocybin-assisted therapy, they bring expertise and empathy to their work. Our team includes licensed professionals in fields such as counseling and social work, as well as state-licensed psilocybin facilitators under Oregon’s program. Their role is to support clients in ways that best fit their needs, whether through counseling, facilitation, or both—while prioritizing safety, trust, and meaningful outcomes.

She is trained in a range of modalities, including EMDR, ACT, DBT, PACT, and Family Systems, bringing a strong clinical foundation to her work. Her approach emphasizes safety, empathy, and integration, supporting clients in making meaningful sense of their experiences.
Emily Hepp
Emily brings nearly two decades of experience in nursing, including oncology, palliative care, and acute medical settings, to her work as a psilocybin facilitator. Her approach is grounded in creating safe, trusting, and nonjudgmental spaces where clients can explore their unique path toward healing. As a certified psilocybin facilitator through the Entheogen Institute, she emphasizes thoughtful preparation and integration to support meaningful experiences. Drawing from both clinical expertise and holistic practices such as yoga and meditation, Emily supports clients in connecting with their innate capacity for growth and transformation.

He completed the SoundMind Institute’s facilitator training and serves as an advisor on the Healing Advocacy Fund’s safety committee, supporting responsible implementation nationwide. Grounded in mindfulness and a client-centered philosophy, Ryan is committed to expanding safe, ethical, and accessible pathways for healing.
Our Staff

Charan Mellor
Integration, intake, & research team member
Charan is a professional counselor associate, focusing on trauma, and a psychedelic therapy enthusiast interested in the integration of psychedelic experiences for those using psychedelics in their mental health pathway. He approaches counseling from a trauma-informed experiential/relational perspective, using the concept of memory reconsolidation via Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Coherence therapy, in service of transformational change. Charan works as a Research Assistant and regularly hosts Bendable integration circle offerings. In his free time, Charan enjoys spending time in nature, walking his dogs, doing yoga, and playing bass guitar.
Jennie Davis, PhD, RDN

Dr. Jennie Davis is the Research Director at Bendable Therapy, where she leads efforts to study the mental health impacts of psilocybin-assisted therapy within Oregon’s legal framework. She holds a PhD in Nutritional Biology with a focus in Public Health and Epidemiology from the University of California, Davis, and has led international and U.S.-based research addressing health disparities and public health policy. Jennie brings a population health perspective to psychedelic research, exploring how individual healing connects to broader community well-being. A Bend native, she is deeply committed to advancing equitable, evidence-based care in her home community. Outside of her work, Jennie enjoys spending time with her dog, cooking, and getting lost in a good book.
Sam Georgi
Intake, Integration, Counseling, & Administration
Since 2015, Sam has developed a strong connection with the therapeutic benefits of psilocybin. Discovering the efficacy of this tool in her own healing journey with grief and loss, she was inspired to educate herself on the deeper therapeutic potential of psychedelics, ultimately leading her to work in Oregon's legal psilocybin industry since its birth in 2023 as one of Bendable's first team members.

Having served as the Bendable Service Center Director (and designer of the space itself), Sam has since shifted her focus to facilitation and mental health counseling. She brings an EMDR and IFS-trained lens to her work, grounding it in trauma-informed principles and a strong belief in the value of ongoing integration as part of the healing process.

When not holding space for others, Sam recharges in nature (especially a cold plunge in the Deschutes whenever the opportunity arises).
