Bendable Therapy Privacy Policy
Thanks for trusting us with your information. Here's what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
We collect the information you share with us directly — contact details, health information related to our services, payment information (processed by Stripe through Donorbox and Jane App, so we don't store full card numbers), and anything you tell us in forms, applications, surveys, or messages. We also collect basic website information automatically, like your IP address, browser, and which pages you visited, through cookies and Google Analytics.
Why we use it
We use your information to deliver our services, communicate with you, process donations, improve our website and programs, and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We don't share it with third parties except: (1) service providers who help us run the organization (payment processors, email tools, scheduling software), (2) when you've asked us to, or (3) when the law requires it.
How we protect it
We take privacy seriously and use industry-standard practices to safeguard your information.
Your choices
You can:
-
Unsubscribe from emails any time (link is at the bottom of every email).
-
Ask us what information we have about you.
-
Ask us to correct or delete your information (we'll do it unless we have to keep it for legal or care-related reasons).
If you're a resident of Oregon, California or another state (or different country) with a privacy law, you have additional rights under those laws — just contact us and we'll honor them.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will tell you when. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
